The hub seems to just be refusing outright to update me, though it seems to have broken again over the past few days.Still, I've been playing a fair amount of wifi, and my rating has been all over the place between 7300 and 7900.
Currently 7670 or something.
Recently 4p has started to dry up for players, so I've moved to 2p. Surprisingly, I've actually been doing extremely well, picking up from the 7300's to the 7600's extremely quickly.
I'm beating 7400 players roughly 10-1 now, which is far better than the split matches I would get previously. Maintaining a high 7k score on 2p now seems a real possibility.
I'll continue to keep playing 2p until I start hitting a block and my score stops decreasing.
Could be handy to quickly build back up the huge numbers of points you can lose on the odd 4p loss. I can't see myself using 2p to break 8k though. I'm still not that great at it.
